HOW TO CONSIGN WITH MY KIDZ CLOSET IN 4 EASY STEPS
Register now and you will automatically be assigned a consignor number and will be asked to choose a password. You will use this information to log into the CONSIGNOR HOME PAGE where you will enter inventory and create bar coded tags. The bar coding system allows us to track your sales and know how much to pay you.
Organize the items you want to sell and gather the materials you will need for the tagging and packaging of your items. Log into the CONSIGNOR HOME PAGE using the consignor number and password from the registration and begin entering inventory. Use detailed descriptions when entering inventory because tags and items may become separated and the descriptions help us match lost tags with the proper item. Once you have completed your inventory entry, PRINT YOUR TAGS ON YOUR ASSIGNED COLOR PAPER (click the Prepare/Price/Tag button for more info) and attach them to the items.
3. DROP OFF
You will need to log into the CONSIGNOR HOME PAGE and select an appointment time for your drop off. Do this as soon after registration as you can because time slots fill up fast and you need to find a time most convenient for you. Appointments run all day Monday and Tuesday before the sale weekend. Drop off your organized items at the sale during your chosen drop off time and sit back until pick up!
4. PICK UP
Pick up your unsold, sorted items at the end of the sale, OR choose to have them donated to a local charity. Items marked "DONATE YES" during inventory entry will automatically be donated. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WHETHER MARKED DONATE OR NOT, WILL BE DONATED. A donation report will be provided on line for you to print if you so wish. Checks should be ready at pick up. If not, they will be mailed within 48 hours.
