ALL DROP OFFS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
LOGIN TO THE CONSIGNOR HOMEPAGE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

  • At drop off all sellers and volunteers will be given armbands to attend the Wed. Preview Sale. YOU MUST WEAR THIS TO ENTER PREVIEW SALE!!

  • You must schedule your drop off time online

  • Make sure you are on time for your drop off appointment

  • There will be a check in table located inside the door. Please check In BEFORE you bring your items to the inspection tables. Here, you will sign the waiver and get your preview sale armbands

  • All hangers must face left like a question mark

  • Make sure your items are tagged correctly and on the correct color of paper. See the Prepare / Price / Tag page for your assigned color. Remember only 250 items accepted. The system does close when you enter 250 items

  • Drop off typically takes about 30 minutes so plan accordingly

  • We will be inspecting all items at check in so please don’t waste our time, and yours, with items that don’t adhere to the rules!!!

  • Items need to be sorted by gender and in size order to speed the racking of clothes

  • Baby equipment must be clean!! Items that need to be assembled such as pack n plays, cribs, etc… will need to be assembled once inside sales floor. They do sell better if assembled!

  • Make sure you have checked all recalls!

  • Toys that require batteries must be in working order!

  • DVD’s must not be scratched. Please do not tape the case closed. We will tape the case shut after the DVD is inspected

  • Please make sure all items are clean and in great condition!

  • The more organized your items are when you arrive, the quicker drop off will be for everyone

  • Seller pick up times for all unsold items are as follows:
    Seller #’s 1000 – 2000 - 5:00 – 5:30
    Seller #’s 2001 – up - 5:30 - 6:00

  • We do our best, but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, items might not be entirely sorted. Please be patient with us while we finish sorting!

  • If at all possible, please make arrangements for your children NOT to be with you in case it takes longer than a half hour.

  • If you cannot make it to pick up, arrange for someone to be there in your place. If someone is picking up for you, they must know your seller number and name. We realize life happens and circumstances come up, but we need to be out of the Church in order for them to set up for services on Sunday. All items not picked up at this time will automatically be donated and your check will be mailed within 48 hrs. Sorry, but no exceptions will be made!!

  • While we try to have checks ready at pick up on Sat. night, this is not guaranteed. If they are not ready they will be mailed within 48 hrs

  • When directed to do so, proceed to the check pick up desk to receive your check

  • After picking up your check, proceed to the Lost Tag/item area and check if any items belong to you

  • At this time, a volunteer will meet you to show you to your unsold items

  • We ask that you stop now and take the time to go through all of your items to make sure we did not mis-sort an item. If you find any items that don’t belong to you please bring it to a volunteer

  • Your seller report, which shows all items that were sold during the entire sale, will be available for download online through our website by Sunday morning

  • If, after receiving this report, you have questions about an item, please send us an e-mail. If you are missing an item, please e-mail us and let us know

  • Donate – If you donated your unsold items by marking your tag then you will be able to get an itemized donation report for those items. This report will be available for download online through our website by Sunday morning

  • If you decide to donate items not marked as donate, there will be an area to do so but we won’t be able to give you an itemized report for the unmarked items

  • Make sure you pick up some leftover hangers on your way out. First come first serve

  • IF FOR SOME REASON YOU FORESEE THAT YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE CAN’T PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AND YOU DON’T WANT TO DONATE THEM, PLEASE DON’T PARTICIPATE IN THE SALE !! There are no other arrangements that can be made to get your items to you at any other time

  • IF YOU DON’T COME PICK YOUR ITEMS UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME, THEY WILL BE DONATED!! (and there is NO WAY to get them back!!)
